From a single listing in 2008 to 540+ closed homes.
Marcus Wilson moved to Las Vegas right before the 2008 crash. He watched the valley reset, rebuild, and rediscover itself. That perspective shaped everything about how we work today: we underwrite every recommendation against actual market cycles, not whatever's trending on Zillow.
What started as one agent in a borrowed office is now a small, intentional team. We stayed boutique on purpose. Every client works directly with a senior advisor — not a junior agent, not a chatbot, not a 1-800 number.
